I don't have Cam Plus Pro in my Wyze app.

Problem

The Wyze app does not the Cam Plus Pro tab, even though you have purchased a subscription to the service.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that you have purchased the subscription. 
    1. Go to the Services Website and sign in to your account.
    2. Go to My Account > Subscriptions. This will show your active subscriptions.
    3. Verify that Cam Plus Pro is active.
  2. Make sure your Wyze app is up to date.
  3. Sign out of the Wyze app, then sign in again.

Note: If you currently have an active Wyze Home Monitoring subscription, Cam Plus Pro cannot be used on the same account.
