Problem
The Wyze app does not have the Cam Protect tab, even though you have purchased a subscription to the service.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that you have purchased the subscription.
- Go to the Services Website and sign in to your account.
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions. This will show your active subscriptions.
- Verify that Cam Protect is active.
- Make sure your Wyze app is up to date.
- Sign out of the Wyze app, then sign in again.
Note: If you currently have an active Wyze Home Monitoring subscription, Cam Protect cannot be used on the same account.
