I'm not receiving calls or texts from Noonlight.

Problem

You're expecting a call or text, but you do not receive anything from Noonlight.

Troubleshooting

  1. Double-check your phone number.
    • In the Wyze app, go to the Monitoring tab > Cam Protect Settings > My Info > Phone number
  2. Make sure you do not have Do Not Disturb enabled on your phone.
  3. In your phone settings, make sure you are allowing calls from all users.
  4. Update the phone number under settings and check if that number receives a confirmation text from us.
