You're expecting a call or text, but you do not receive anything from Noonlight.
- Double-check your phone number.
- In the Wyze app, go to the Monitoring tab > Cam Protect Settings > My Info > Phone number.
- Make sure you do not have Do Not Disturb enabled on your phone.
- In your phone settings, make sure you are allowing calls from all users.
- Update the phone number under settings and check if that number receives a confirmation text from us.
