Note: You'll need to be on Wyze app version 3.14 or above in order to set up or reconnect your Wyze Solar Cam Pan 2K.
To factory reset Wyze Solar Cam Pan 2K:
- Remove any microSD card that is inserted into the camera.
- With the camera powered on, press and hold the setup button on the top of the camera for 20-30 seconds.
- Once the status light starts flashing red, set up the camera as new.
