Please complete the form below to participate in Wyze's Voluntary Recall of the Wyze Solar Cam Pan. Upon submission you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your device back to Wyze or, if necessary, further instructions to unmount your device.
To help speed up your process, please include the following information in the intake form:
- Full mailing address (including post code and country)
- Where the device was purchased
- Date of purchase
- Wyze order number or proof of purchase
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Current device status(installed or not installed)
- Device MAC address found in the Wyze app
- Preferred refund type
