Please complete the form below to participate in Wyze's voluntary recall of the Wyze Solar Cam Pan.

To help speed up your process, please include the following information in the intake form:

  • Name
  • Full mailing address (including post code and country)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Where purchased
  • Wyze order number, or proof of purchase
    • If you ordered from wyze.com:
    • If you ordered from another retailer:
      • Check your order history with the retailer.
  • Current device status (not yet installed, or already installed)
  • Preferred refund type (replacement camera with solar panel, refund, or gift card)
  • Device MAC address found in the Wyze app under the camera's settings > Device Info
  • Whether your camera is online or offline
