I haven’t received my credit, what do I do?

Credits are issued once our refurbishment team receives and reviews your submitted product(s). The review process may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your product(s). 

If your product is determined to be incapable of being refurbished, a credit will not be issued. But our team will let you know via email either way once the review is complete.

If you are past the 14-business-day period but have not received any follow-up from us, please reach out to our team with your order information at tradein@wyze.com.
