My package was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

Double-check your mailbox, then contact us.

If your Wyze order is marked as Delivered but has not been found, please check with your housemates, neighbors, and your mailbox. The carrier may have placed in a more secure area if available.

If you still cannot locate the package after 2 business days, please contact our support team for further assistance.
