What's the thickest material the vacuum can clean?

No more than 1 inch.

Wyze Robot Vacuum can handle up to 1 inch thick carpet. Anything longer than 1 inch may clog the Main Brush.

Tip: Do not use the vacuum on shag carpets, any other long stringy carpeting, or tassels.
