How do I reset the map?

To reset your vacuum's map:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Robot Vacuum.
  2. Tap the Settings gear on the top right.
  3. Tap Reset Map, then Reset Map in the pop up.

When do I need to reset the map?

Reset the map if you move your charging station, switch floors, or find your vacuum getting lost (it can't find the charging station).
