Yes, Wyze Floor Lamp and the remote work without the app.

You do not need to be connected to the Wyze app to use the basic functions of Wyze Floor Lamp and the remote. However, we encourage you to download and use the Wyze app for advanced features like Schedules and Smart Dimming.
