Problem:
The status light does not flash when plugged into a charger, or turn on.
Troubleshooting:
- Try plugging your charger into a different power outlet.
- Try using a different USB-C charging cable if you have one.
- Try using a different wall adapter if you have one.
- Power cycle the night light and try again.
- To power cycle your Wyze Night Light, simply turn the power switch to OFF and then turn it back ON.
