My Wyze Night Light won't charge or turn on


The status light does not flash when plugged into a charger, or turn on.


  • Try plugging your charger into a different power outlet.
  • Try using a different USB-C charging cable if you have one.
  • Try using a different wall adapter if you have one. 
  • Power cycle the night light and try again.
    • To power cycle your Wyze Night Light, simply turn the power switch to OFF and then turn it back ON.
