My Wyze Switch doesn't respond when I press it.


You single-press, double-press, and triple-press and press-and-hold, and the switch doesn't respond. Nothing happens when you press the button. 

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Make sure your Wyze Switch firmware is up to date.
    1. In the Wyze app, navigate to the Account tab > tap Firmware Update.
    2. On this page, locate your Wyze Switch. If you have the option to update the switch firmware, please proceed with the update. 
  2. Confirm Wyze Switch has power.
    1. No. Check out My Wyze Switch has no power.
    2. Yes, there is power.
      • Is there an LED light? Move to the next step.
  3. Power cycle Wyze Switch by flipping the breaker for the switch off for 30 seconds, then flipping it back on.
