Problem:
You single-press, double-press, and triple-press and press-and-hold, and the switch doesn't respond. Nothing happens when you press the button.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure your Wyze Switch firmware is up to date.
- In the Wyze app, navigate to the Account tab > tap Firmware Update.
- On this page, locate your Wyze Switch. If you have the option to update the switch firmware, please proceed with the update.
- Confirm Wyze Switch has power.
- No. Check out My Wyze Switch has no power.
- Yes, there is power.
- Is there an LED light? Move to the next step.
- Power cycle Wyze Switch by flipping the breaker for the switch off for 30 seconds, then flipping it back on.
