What is Wyze Web View?

Wyze Web View is a convenient way to access your Wyze Cam's live stream and Event playback from a web browser on PC, Mac, smart TV, or tablet. 

To use Wyze Web View:

1. From a supported browser, go to https://my.wyze.com/live.
   • Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Hover and click the play button on any video feed that's available.

If any of your devices do not support Wyze Web View, there'll be an alert (!) message letting you know.

Shared Users and Wyze Web View

You must have a subscription to Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, or Cam Unlimited Pro assigned to your Wyze Cam to stream it on Wyze Web View. 

• If you're a shared user with your own security plan, you can use Wyze Web View to stream all compatible cameras.
• If you're a shared user without your own security plan, you can only stream 1 (one) camera on Wyze Web View.
• If you're a shared user without your own security plan, and the shared camera does not have a security plan assigned to it, then you will not be able to use Wyze Web View to stream that camera.

What browsers are compatible with Wyze Web View?

Wyze Web View works with Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Wyze Web View is not supported on Firefox browsers.

Which Wyze Cams are compatible with Wyze Web View?

Currently, Wyze Web View allows you to view the Live stream and Event videos on the following devices:

Additional Notes:

• You must have an active security plan to use Wyze Web View.
• You must have Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, or Cam Unlimited Pro on the camera to use Wyze Web View.
• Wyze Web View is not available in the Wyze app.
