How do I factory reset my Wyze Scale BodyScan?

To factory reset your Wyze Scale BodyScan:

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale, then set the scale down.
  2. Tap to activate the scale, the pick up the scale. 
  3. On the back of the scale, find the UNIT button above the batteries.
  4. Press and hold the button until the TFT display shows "Clear". 
  5. Set up the scale as new.
