When do I need to replace the batteries in my Wyze Scale X?

When the Low Battery indicator shows on the scale.

Your Wyze Scale screen will show a low battery symbol when your batteries are running low. The battery symbol will flash when batteries are critically low.

🪫 Note:  The battery level does not display in the Wyze app, only on the scale.

To replace the batteries in your scale:

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale.
  2. Replace the batteries, then re-cover the battery compartment.
    • Wyze Scale X requires 4x AAA batteries.
    • Wyze Scale S requires 3x AAA batteries.
    • Wyze Scale requires 4x AAA batteries.
  3. Connect to your scale in the Wyze app.*

*When you replace your scale's batteries, the time on the scale will reset automatically. Connecting to the Wyze app will sync up the time.
