How do I return a Wyze order made in TikTok Shop?

To return a return for your Wyze order from our TikTok Shop:

  1. Open the TikTok app on your device, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap My Orders.
  3. Select the order you would like to return, then tap Return.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by the seller.
