My Wyze order from TikTok Shop was lost. How do I get a refund?

To request a refund for a lost Wyze order from TikTok Shop:

  1. Open the TikTok app and tap on your profile picture.
  2. Tap Shop > Orders.
  3. Select the order you want a refund for, then tap Request Refund.
  4. Provide a reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
  5. Once you've successfully requested a refund for your lost order, you'll want to wait until this request has been approved.
