Cam Unlimited Setup Guide

Ready to get set up with Cam Unlimited? You're in the right place.

To sign up for Cam Unlimited on the Wyze website:

For existing Cam Plus subscribers:

1. Go to https://my.wyze.com/account/plans.
2. Sign in using the same email address and password that you use for the Wyze app.
3. From the My Plans page, click Manage Plan.
4. On the comparison chart, click Cam Unlimited, then click Upgrade to Cam Unlimited.
5. Select Annual or Monthly to determine your plan type.
6. Confirm the updates to your service plan.
7. Click Confirm.

For new subscribers:

1. Using the link above, log into Wyze Web Portal using the same email address and password that you use for the Wyze app.
2. From the comparison chart, scroll down to underneath Cam Unlimited, and click Subscribe.
3. Click Subscribe to Cam Unlimited.
4. Select Annual or Monthly to determine your plan type.
5. Enter your payment details.
6. Click Subscribe to Cam Unlimited.

To sign up for Cam Unlimited on the Wyze app:

For existing Cam Plus subscribers:

• In the Wyze app, go to Account tab > Services > Get Cam Unlimited.

For new subscribers:

• In the Wyze app, go to Account tab > Services > Cam Unlimited.

To set up Cam Unlimited:

Setting up Cam Unlimited involves configuring how your cameras display on the Monitoring tab, and what actions your cameras trigger in Home, Away, and Disarm Mode.

1. Go to the Monitoring tab in the Wyze app.
2. Tap Configure Modes and tap Next.
3. Select the cameras you'd like assigned to Home mode and set the notification types for each camera. Then tap Next.
4. Repeat for Away and Disarm modes.
5. If you haven't already enabled notifications for the Wyze app, you'll see a screen prompting you to Allow Push Notifications.
   • For iOS users: If you select Critical notifications for any of your cameras, you will also see a screen prompting you to Allow Override Do Not Disturb.
6. Up to 4 of your Wyze Cams will be automatically selected for the multi-view feature. This allows you to view the live streams of up to 4 Wyze Cams at once on the Monitoring tab of the Wyze app.
   • You can the cameras in multi-view by tapping the pencil icon on the Monitoring tab.
