You have a microSD card installed in your Wyze Cam, and you've enabled Continuous or Events Only recordings in your device Settings. Here's how to view playback from your microSD card.

To view your local recordings*:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam to launch the Live Stream.
- Below the Live Stream, tap SD Card.
- Tap and drag along the recorded footage to review it.
- To exit playback, tap Go Live.
If you have a Wyze Cam v3 or an older device, your local recordings look a little different.
To view local recordings on a Wyze Cam v3 or older**:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam to launch the Live Stream.
- Below the Live Stream, tap View Playback.
- Tap and drag along the recorded footage to review it.
- To exit playback, tap Live Stream.
Additional Notes
- You must have a microSD card installed in your Wyze Cam to record locally. For cloud storage, grab a security plan like Cam Plus!
- You can have a security plan and a microSD card on the same camera at the same time.
- Not all Wyze Cam devices have a microSD card slot. Wyze Video Doorbell v1, and Wyze Video Doorbell Pro do not have the local recording feature.
