Can the Spotlight Kit and other v3 accessories be used for v2?

No, they are designed for the v3 only.

The accessories available (and the ones coming soon) for Wyze Cam v3 were designed specifically for v3, and will not fit onto the Wyze Cam v2, Pan, or Wyze Cam Outdoor.
