How do I install a microSD card in my Wyze Cam Outdoor?

To install a microSD card in a WCO: 

  1. Pull the base away from the bottom of your camera.
  2. Lift and pull aside the protective cover labeled SD CARD.
  3. Insert the microSD card into the slot, pressing it in fully until it clicks.
    • The metal contact pins must be facing down (see below).
  4. Replace the protective SD CARD cover.

To install a microSD card in Wyze Base Station: 

  1. Find the SD card slot on the side of your base station. 
  2. Insert the microSD card into the slot, pressing it in fully until it clicks.
    • The metal contact pins must be facing upwards (see below).
