Wyze Watch won't charge when connected to the charger.

Problem

Your Wyze Watch is connected to the charging cable, which is plugged into power, but it doesn't charge. If your watch battery is at 0%, nothing happens when connected to the charger.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check the charger and charging cable for damage.
  2. Check the charging contact pins for dust or dirt.
  3. Wipe the contact pins with a water-dampened cloth, then wipe again to dry.
  4. Try charging again.

If your Wyze Watch still doesn't respond to the charger, or the battery doesn't charge when connected, please contact our support team for help.
