Problem
You're trying to add a clock face to your "My Face" list, but you cannot. You see an error message.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure you don't already have 6 faces installed.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch then Edit next to Clock Face.
- If you see My Face (6/6) at the top of the screen, tap the . . . three dots and remove one clock face. Tap the red minus icon next to the face you want to remove, then Ok.
- Try to install the clock face again.
- Reload the Wyze Watch in the app and try again.
- From the Wyze app, back out to the Home screen.
- Tap on your Wyze Watch and let it load.
- This will force the Wyze Watch and the app to sync.
- Try to install the clock face again.
