Problem
Your Wyze Watch screen appears blurred, or some of the icons aren't displaying properly.
Troubleshooting
To troubleshoot, check your Wyze Watch and confirm if only specific icons are distorted, or if the entire screen is blurry.
If specific icons are distorted:

Restart your Wyze Watch.
- Press and hold the Home button your watch, then tap Restart.

Update your firmware.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch.
- Tap the three dots menu.
- Tap Firmware Version. If you have the option, tap Update.

Factory reset your Wyze Watch.
- Before factory resetting your watch, submit an app log and take note of the app log ID.
- Press the Home button on the side of your Wyze Watch to wake it up.
- Swipe right-to-left to display the apps screen.
- Swipe up and tap the Settings gear icon > System Control.
- Tap Factory Reset, then the checkmark to confirm.
If the entire screen or a specific area is distorted or blurry:
- Press the Home button on the side of your Wyze Watch to wake it up.
- Swipe up and down on the screen to confirm that the issue persists in that area.
- Submit an app log from the Wyze app, then reach out to support team using our Wyze Support bot for more help.
To submit a log for Wyze Watch:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch.
- Tap on the three dots menu.
- Tap Report an Issue > Watch Hardware.
- Add details to your log, then tap Submit.

On the last screen, find your Log ID and save it.
- This is important. The Log ID comes in handy for our support team and engineers to locate your device's specific logs when troubleshooting.
