Do I need Wyze Home Monitoring to use the leak and climate sensors?

Yes, they both require Wyze Home Monitoring.

The leak and climate sensors will not work without a Wyze Sense Hub, which is only available through a subscription to Wyze Home Monitoring. However, if you have a hub but your home monitoring subscription is no longer active you will still be able to use your sensors.
