Can Wyze Leak Sensor work without Wyze Leak Sensor Probe?

Yes, you don't need a probe to use the leak sensor.

But you do need a leak sensor to use the probe! The probe is simply an extension of the leak sensor, to get to some of those hard-to-reach places (like under the dishwasher).
