Wyze Video Doorbell Pro does not have to be wired at all, so it is compatible with all systems. But if you want to hardwire it, the doorbell is compatible with most mechanical and digital doorbell systems with transformers that provide 16 and 24 volts AC power supply.
Important: A Wyze Chime Pro is required to use a Wyze Video Doorbell Pro, as it provides the connection to your Wi-Fi network. Even if you use your mechanical doorbell chime, you must use the included Wyze Chime Pro as well.
