Wyze Air Purifier comes with one of three True HEPA filters. It is wrapped in plastic to protect the integrity of the filter and prevent damage during the shipping process.
Before setting up Wyze Air Purifier, you'll be prompted in the app and in our Wyze Air Purifier Setup Guide to remove the plastic wrapping from the filter before doing anything else.
