Do I need a subscription to use Wyze Stories?

Wyze Stories is included with Cam Unlimited Pro.

You do not need a new subscription or add-on to use Wyze Stories – it is included with Cam Unlimited Pro. Just select the cameras you want to include in Wyze Stories in your settings (Account > Wyze Intelligence > Stories) and you're all set.
