Does it include the same Wyze Cam v3 I already have?

No, it's slightly different.

The Wyze Cam v3 that comes in the garage door controller bundle is slightly different from the standard Wyze Cam v3. The USB cable has a signal shielding layer to avoid possible interference with garage door remotes and other cameras, like Wyze Floodlight.

See the image below. The garage door controller version of Wyze Cam v3 has a round shaped USB cable, while the standard v3 has a flat-shaped USB cable. All other parts and specifications are exactly the same.
