No, it is IP65 weather resistant.

Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro is not completely waterproof - it won’t work underwater! But it is both IP65 weather resistant and UL Listed for Wet Locations. This means that it’ll keep doing its job in sunshine, snow, or a total downpour.
