Problem:
You've logged into Wyze Web View, but the Wyze Web Live page doesn't load or the cameras fail to connect.
Troubleshooting
As long as you can use the internet normally and your cameras are compatible, you should be able to load Wyze Web View.
Here are a few things to try:
- Make sure that you're using a compatible browser.
- Wyze Web View works with Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
-
Check that your Wyze Cam is compatible with Wyze Web View.
- You can find the list of compatible Wyze Cams here.
- Check if you're connected to the internet. Try visiting google.com.
- Make sure you don't have a firewall set up that blocks WebRTC or view.wyze.com.
- If you're unsure or unable to confirm, we suggest reaching out to your ISP.
- Ensure that your camera's live stream loads in the Wyze app.
- Confirm that your Wyze Cam's firmware is up to date.
- Go to the Account tab > Firmware Update.
- If there is an update available for the camera, please update it and try again.
- Restart your camera.
- In the Wyze app, go to your camera's settings > Restart Camera > Restart.
- For Wyze Cam Outdoor, toggle the ON/OFF switch on the back of the camera.
- For Wyze Video Doorbells, shut off power to the doorbell, then restore power.
- In the Wyze app, go to your camera's settings > Restart Camera > Restart.
