Can I change the chime volume of Wyze Video Doorbell v2?

No, you cannot change the chime volume for Wyze Video Doorbell v2.

Because Wyze Video Doorbell v2 uses your in-house chime, not an auxiliary chime like Wyze WiFi Chime, the volume cannot be changed. It should ring at the same volume as it does with your old doorbell.

Exception: Cameras as Chimes

If you use a Wyze Cam as a chime, so that when the doorbell is pressed the chime sounds on your camera's speaker, you can adjust the volume in the Wyze app settings.

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell v2.
  2. Tap on the Settings gear > Chime > Cameras as Chime.
  3. Tap on your Wyze Cam. You can change the chime volume and tune here.

One more exception: Due to hardware limitations, chime volume on Wyze Cam OG cannot be changed.
