I’m unable to assign Cam Unlimited Pro licenses to my cameras.

Problem

You are a Cam Unlimited Pro subscriber and are unable to assign Cam Unlimited Pro to your camera(s).

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that your Wyze app is updated to version 3.3 or higher.
    1. In your Wyze app, navigate to the Account tab > tap About.
    2. Your current app version will be listed beneath the Wyze logo.
    3. Compare your app version to the latest app version listed on our Release Notes & Firmware page.
    4. If you find that your Wyze app is out of date, head over to your mobile device’s app store, and update the Wyze app.
  2. If possible, check that your camera’s firmware is up to date.
    1. You can check this by going to the Account tab > Firmware Update.
    2. If there is an update available for the camera, please move forward with updating it.
  3. Verify that your Cam Plus Unlimited Pro license is assigned to the correct camera.
    1. You can check this by going to the Account tab > Services.
  4. Reset your service attached to the camera.
    1. In the Wyze app, navigate to your camera's settings.
    2. Scroll down to Reset Services > tap Reset.
    3. After resetting your service, you will need to set up monitoring for that camera again.
    4. You can do this by going to the Account tab > Services.

Note: Cam Unlimited Pro is compatible with all Wyze Cams except Wyze Cam v1, Wyze Video Doorbell v1, and Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2.
