Problem
When using Wyze Watch to measure your Blood Oxygen Level (SpO2), the result is incorrect or inconsistent.
Troubleshooting

Confirm that the Wyze app is up to date.

In your Wyze app, navigate to the Account tab > tap About.

Your current app version will be listed beneath the Wyze logo.

Compare your app version to the latest app version listed on our Release Notes & Firmware page.

If you find that your Wyze app is out of date, head over to your mobile device’s app store and update the Wyze app.

If possible, check that Wyze Watch’s firmware is up to date.

You can check this by going to the Account tab > Firmware Update.

If there is an update available for the watch, please move forward with updating it.

Ensure your watch is comfortable and snug on your wrist, with the sensor completely touching your skin.

Check for any dirt or debris stuck to the sensor, as this may cause issues with sensor accuracy.

Gently wipe it with a damp cloth, then dry it.

Ensure you stay still for 10-20 seconds until the measurement is complete.

Restart your Wyze Watch.

Press and hold the Home button on the watch, then tap Restart.

Factory reset your Wyze Watch.

Press and hold the Home button on the side of the watch to wake it up.

Swipe up on the watch screen and tap the settings gear.

Tap Reset, then tap Reset again to confirm.

Walk through setting up your watch like new in the Wyze app.
