No, it can only be moved manually (with your hand).
Unlike our pan & tilt cameras, Wyze Bulb Cam cannot be positioned using the Wyze app. To reposition the camera, manually rotate and adjust the position of the camera. You can lower the camera 3 cm as well, for a slightly lower view.
