My Wyze Air Purifier is not turning on.

Problem

Wyze Air Purifier does not turn on or the screen does not light up when the air purifier is plugged into power.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check that the power cord is fully plugged in and that there is no visible damage.
  2. Power cycle your Wyze Air Purifier.
    • Unplug your air purifier from its power source and plug it back in.
  3. Factory reset the air purifier.
    • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
  4. Plug your air purifier into another power source.
  5. Reach out to our team for more help.
