Yes, with Ambient Light mode in your Bulb Settings.
Wyze Bulb Cam Pan Color can be set to two different modes: Ambient light mode and Motion light mode.
In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Bulb Cam Pan Color.
Tap on the Settings gear, then Bulb Settings.
If prompted, tap Set Ambient Light.
Or, tap Ambient Light.
Tap the toggle on.
