Is the indoor side of Wyze Lock Bolt weatherproof?

No, the interior component of Wyze Lock Bolt is not weatherproof. 

While the exterior keypad has a weather-resistance rating of IPX5, the interior component (which has the thumb latch, and is inside your home) is rated for indoor use only.
