Problem

You've plugged your handheld vacuum into power, but the battery doesn't charge. 

Troubleshooting Tip

Our #1, most common solution is to make sure you're using the charger included with your Wyze Handheld Vacuum, which is a USB A2C cable.

Wyze Handheld vacuum will not charge with a USB C2C cable.
