My Handheld Vacuum Won’t Hold a Charge.

Problem:

Your Wyze Handheld Vac does not charge at all, has a weak charge. The battery is draining fast.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. If the Handheld Vacuum is not charging at all:
    1. Try charging your Wyze Handheld Vac with a different USB cable. 
    2. Try plugging the charger into a different power outlet.  
  2. If the battery is weak/draining fast:
    1. Make sure your Wyze Handheld Vac has been charged for at least 3 hours.
    2. Try charging with a different USB cable. 

Note: A 100% charged battery should supply up to 30 minutes of use.
