Problem

Your Wyze Handheld Vacuum will not operate or start.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Make sure your vacuum isn't currently charging.
    • The vacuum will not operate while charging. Unplug the vacuum from the charging cable and try again.
  2. Check if your vacuum battery is low.
    • If your battery is too low, charge the vacuum and try again.
  3. Empty the dust cup.
    • The vacuum will enter protection mode (and not work) if the dust cup is too full.
