I cannot make a purchase using In-App Purchase.


You're trying to make a Wyze purchase with your phone using In-App Purchase, but the purchase fails.


  1. Make sure you're on the latest version of the Wyze app from your app store - not a beta version.
  2. Make sure you're using a valid US/Canadian payment card.
  3. Check your phone settings to confirm that In-App Purchases are allowed. 
    • If on iOS, open the Settings app.
    • Go to Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-App Purchases.
