How do I make changes to my subscription through IAP?

You can make changes to your In-App Purchase (IAP) subscriptions from the Wyze app.

  1. In the Wyze app, go to Account > Services.  Select Cam Plus or Cam Protect, then tap Edit Plan.

  2. You can change the number of your subscriptions and also change the type from Monthly to Annual. Click Review Changes to confirm.

  3. You can downgrade the quantity to "0". A Cancel Subscription button will appear.

Note: Your changes will take effect upon the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
