To manage your Wyze subscriptions:
- Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/services.
- Scroll and click on the subscription you want to edit.
- Click on Manage Subscription.
- Change your plan from Monthly to Annual or Unlimited Plan from this screen.
- You can also change your quantity from 1 to 2 or reduce it from 2 to 1, etc.
- Click Continue to implement the changes.

If you upgrade your Cam Plus plan to Cam Unlimited, you will pay us the full price for the new Cam Unlimited plan today. We will apply the remaining amount from your existing plan towards the renewal of your Cam Unlimited plan.

If you purchase Cam Unlimited from my.wyze.com but have existing Wyze subscription plans from Apple/ Google/ Amazon, we will extend your new unlimited plan with the time that is remaining on your current (Apple, etc.) plan. You can cancel the plan in the meantime.
