How do I manage my payment methods?

To add a payment method:

  1. Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/payment.
  2. Click Add payment method
    1. Credit or debit card:
      1. Enter your payment details.
      2. Click Save card.
    2. Paypal:
      1. Click Continue to Paypal.
        1. Log in to Paypal.
        2. Select your payment method and agree to continue.
      2. In Wyze, add your billing address. 
      3. Click Save Paypal account.
  3. Your payment method has been saved. 

Note: Wyze only accepts valid US and Canadian credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Gift cards will not be accepted.

To set a default payment method:

By default, the first payment method you add will become your default payment method.

To change the default payment method, click the three dots on the card then Set as default payment. You may be prompted to re-enter your details for verification. 

To set a backup payment method:

  1. Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/payment.
  2. Click the three dots on the payment method you want to set as a backup.
  3. Click Set up backup payment, and confirm when prompted.

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/payment.
  2. Click the three dots on the payment method you want to update.
  3. Click Edit.
    1. Enter your updated payment details.
    2. Click Save card.
  4. Your payment method has been updated.

Note: Wyze only accepts valid US and Canadian credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Gift cards will not be accepted.

To delete a payment method:

  1. Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/payment.
  2. Click the three dots on the payment method you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. To confirm, click Yes, Delete and update payment.
  5. Your payment method has been removed.

Note: You must have a valid payment method on your account as long as you have an active subscription. You cannot delete your payment method if you have active subscriptions on your Wyze account.
