To transfer a license between cameras via the Wyze app:
- in the Wyze app, tap on the Account tab.
- Tap Services > and the three dots next to Cam Plus.
- Tap Manage Camera.
- Tap the check mark next to the cameras you want to move the license from and to.
- Tap Continue to save your changes.
👉 If you remove a Cam Plus license from a camera, that non-Cam Plus camera will only record still images instead of videos.
To attach a subscription to a camera via the Wyze website:
- Go to my.wyze.com and log in using your Wyze email and password.
- Click Account to open My Services.
- Find the subscription you wish to assign to the camera.
- Click Select Cameras.
- Check the box next to the name of the camera you wish to assign the subscription to.
- If the box is grayed out, you are out of licenses. You must remove a license from a different camera, or add a new license to your subscription.
- Once done, click Update Cameras on the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Services (Cam Plus, Cam Protect, etc.) subscriptions have individual plans (or licenses) for you to assign to their compatible devices.
- Example: Cam Unlimited includes unlimited individual licenses you can assign to unlimited cameras!

You can only transfer a Cam Plus plan to another Wyze Cam compatible with Cam Plus.
- 👉 All Wyze Cams except Wyze Cam v1 are compatible with Cam Plus.
