How do I cancel my Wyze subscription purchased via Amazon?

You want to cancel a Wyze subscription you purchased via amazon.com.

To cancel your Wyze subscription from Amazon:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account on amazon.com. 
  2. Click on your "Hello, Your Name Account & Lists".
  3. Click Memberships & Subscriptions.
  4. Find the Wyze subscription you want to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Select Cancel Immediately or End of Pay Period.

Note: No refunds will be issued for your existing subscriptions. Subscriptions will stay active until the end of the pay period, even if you select Cancel Immediately.
