What if I have Cam Unlimited AND Cam Protect or Wyze Home Monitoring?

Your services will continue to function as usual!

If you have Cam Unlimited (formerly Cam Plus Unlimited) as well as Cam Protect / Wyze Home Monitoring, your services will continue to work as normal.

To use the Multi-Camera Timeline feature if you have Cam Protect or Wyze Home Monitoring:

  1. Go to the Monitoring tab in the Wyze app. Tap on the camera icon on the bottom left, then View Multi-Cam.
  2. To return to the previous view of Cam Protect or Wyze Home Monitoring, tap the back arrow.
