Once you've set up your Wyze Lock Bolt, it's time to add an access code! An access code in a PIN that you enter on the keypad to unlock the door.

Tip: An alternative to start this setup is to continue after setting up your Wyze Lock Bolt.
To set up an access code for Wyze Lock Bolt:
- Move next to your Wyze Lock Bolt with the Wyze app open.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Lock Bolt.
- Go to Settings > Access Settings.
- Tap Add a new user.
- Tap Name to enter a name for the user, then tap Done.
- Tap Scheduled Access, and select Always or Recurring.
- If Always, tap Save.
- If Recurring, set the date range and when to repeat, then tap Save.
- Next to Access Code, tap Set.
- Enter a 4-8 digit code, then tap Next.
- Copy and Share the code if you want, or else tap Done.

Tap the back arrow <. Your settings will be saved.
To reset a Wyze Lock Bolt access code:
Follow these same steps if you want to change or update an access code for a user.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Lock Bolt.
- Go to Settings > Access Settings.
- Tap on the user you want to reset the code for.
- Tap Reset.
- You must enter a new 4-8 digit code, then tap Next.
- Copy and Share the code, then tap Done.
- Copy and Share the code if you want, or else tap Done.
- Tap the back arrow <. Your settings will be saved.
Follow these same steps if you want to change or update an access code for a user.
Additional Notes
- Access codes must be between 4-8 digits long.
- Access codes are encrypted and stored locally on your Wyze Lock Bolt.
- Each user can only have one (1) code.
- Wyze does not have access to your access code, Access History, or fingerprint data.
- Up to 20 access codes can be added per device.
- Up to 20 users can be added to a single Wyze Lock Bolt.
